The timeline is the culmination of the year (+) of work that we have invested in the event but truly isn’t effective unless we come at this project with a collaborative spirit. Collaboration also allows the vendors to enjoy their time working hard for the couple and work most effectively together as a team.

Vision

The journey begins by understanding your unique vision for the day. Our planners go deep into your preferences, style, and expectations. We strive to get a comprehensive understanding of the atmosphere and experience you wish to create. We then talk through etiquette and traditions to see how much of that you want to incorporate. Each couple is different, and it is our job to help you create the day that is uniquely right for you AND incorporating those priorities into the curating of the timeline.

Your Vendors & The Timeline

Collaboration is at the core of our process. We act as liaisons between you and your vendor team, fostering open communication and coordination. Through effective collaboration, we ensure that each vendor understands their role, timeline, and how their contribution fits into the bigger picture.

When we are putting the timeline together, we factor in every vendor's needs and responsibilities. From the photographer's preferred schedule to the caterer's setup requirements, every detail is accounted for. When the inevitable happens and something does not go according to plan (y’all, it’s a wedding, it happens), the collaborative and detailed timeline allows the planner to adjust and fully understand how all of the other pieces are affected. Fixing the issue without anyone being the wiser is the ultimate success story!
