Event Showcase: Benjamin & Azaria’s Rehearsal Dinner!

If you know any of the Infinity Events Certified Wedding Planners, you know that we can never stop gushing when we get the opportunity to work with a family for multiple events. The McCalls hold a very special place in my heart for this reason. When Ashley & Stacy reached out to help with the planning and design for Benjamin’s Rehearsal Dinner, I was beyond honored.

Benjamin & Azaria were showered with love by so many at this beautiful Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party that kicked off their wedding weekend! Each of them were emotional as they listened to their loved ones give speeches and well-wishes for their marriage. The food was fabulous and beautifully plated, as always, by Paradox Catering, and guests were wowed by the wine pairings provided by importer & sommelier, Mike Candebat.

The whole event was captured by Elizabeth Hoard Photography and Southern Vow Videos, and those memories will be valued for years to come. The design was brought together by a great vendor team consisting of Pampas and Florals, White Door Events, Mahaffey Tent & Event Rentals, L & Jay Productions, and Sophea Samone Calligraphy.

After the Rehearsal Dinner, Benjamin & Azaria opened up the rest of the venue for additional guests to come and enjoy the time together. The Welcome Party was casual and a fun sneak peek into what they envisioned for the wedding the next day. Bar snacks, music, and mingling filled the rest of the night, and the guests had a fantastic time!
